Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quantix ERP (the "Service"), operated by Quantix ERP ("we", "us", "our"). By registering a company account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service you must register a company account and provide accurate information. The person who registers a company is responsible for that company's account, for the staff accounts they create under it, and for keeping login credentials secure. New accounts must verify the registering email address before the company is treated as active in the system.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features is subject to the subscription plan your company selects. New companies begin on a free trial; continued access to paid features after the trial requires an active subscription. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice.

3. Your Data

Business data you enter into the Service (products, invoices, customers, suppliers, and related records) belongs to your company. We do not claim ownership of it and only access it to operate, secure, and support the Service, or as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you and your staff enter.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another company's data or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent

5. Demo Account

A public demo account is provided for evaluation purposes only. Its login credentials and any data entered through it are not private and may be reset or shared with other visitors at any time.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms, fail to maintain an active subscription where required, or where we reasonably believe continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
