This Privacy Policy describes how Quantix ERP ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information through the Quantix ERP web application (the "Service"). Quantix ERP is a business management (ERP) application used by companies and their staff to manage products, customers, invoices, stock, and related business operations.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

Quantix ERP is a business tool. Access is granted to a company (the "Account Holder") and the staff, managers, and administrators that company authorizes to use the Service. It is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, children.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register or log in, we collect your name, email address, an encrypted password (never stored in plain text), and your assigned role and permissions within your company.

Business data. Depending on your role, the Service allows you to view and manage business records on behalf of your company, including:

• Customer records (name, email, phone, address, photo, wallet/credit balance)
• Supplier records (name, email, phone, address)
• Product and inventory information (names, prices, stock levels, categories, brands)
• Sales and purchase invoices
• Company profile information (business name, logo, contact details)

This business data is owned and controlled by your company (the Account Holder), not by individual users. We process it on the Account Holder's behalf.

Automatically collected information. Session and authentication data is stored to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics services in the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, provide the Service's core functionality, maintain accurate business records, detect and address technical issues, and communicate with you about your account when necessary. We do not sell your personal information or your company's business data to third parties.

4. How Information Is Stored and Secured

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Access to business data within the Service is restricted according to each user's assigned role and company.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share personal information or business data with third parties, except with service providers who help operate our infrastructure (under confidentiality obligations), when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with the Account Holder's consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your personal account information by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual record-keeping obligations.
